COMFORT AND RESPONSIVENESS

These Ascendo trail shoes feature the MP+ membrane, which makes them waterproof up to 10,000 Schmerber, and a regular fit that's neither too tight nor too wide, so they're suitable for all foot types.

The insole has shock-absorbing plates positioned in three distinct zones. They provide additional cushioning to the EVA plate, the main cushioning element, in the areas of the foot most exposed to impact.

Trail runners, whatever the distance covered during training and trail races, need maximum comfort and dynamism to be as efficient as possible and to conserve all their energy over the kilometres. These are the ideal conditions for a succession of trail runs with maximum pleasure.

Très bonne tenue de la cheville

Chaussures confortables et possédant une très bonne tenue de la cheville. Les pieds restent au sec dans le terrain humide. Perte d'une étoile à raison d'un manque d'accroche sur sol sec rocailleux (tester 5 semaines dans le sud-est de la France en novembre : Massif de la Sainte-Baume, de l'Esterel et hauteur de Grasses). Malheureusement pas mal de dérapages dans les descentes...

Les chaussures se sont assouplies en regard de la malléole interne après 2 sorties.
Par temps de pluie , bien resté au sec .

Raide mais bien étanche

Coque un peu dure, qui me procure des frottements sur le côté extérieur du pied. Bon confort au contact du sol. Tester sous la pluie et sur un sol très humide, elle s'avère efficace au niveau étanchéité. A voir avec le temps....
