In trail running, especially in the mountains or over long distances, conditions can change quickly: cold, rain, fog, unstable ground… Carrying safety gear, even light, allows you to face the unexpected, avoid hypothermia, or stay visible and protected in case of injury or a long stop. These are also mandatory items in most ultra-trails, such as the UTMB®, to ensure the safety of all runners.

The survival blanket is essential in case of injury, extreme cold, or prolonged waiting at high altitude. It helps retain body heat, reduce the risk of hypothermia, or make you visible during a search. Ultra-light and compact, it fits into all bags. Snow spikes can be used on hard snow, ice patches, or icy paths. They attach easily to all trail shoes thanks to a universal elastic system. They provide extra safety to prevent falls without weighing down your gear. Essential for snowy trails or winter outings in the highlands.

A rain cover protects your backpack from dampness, wind, or snow. It prevents your gear (clothing, food, phone) from becoming soaked after several hours of effort in the rain. Raidlight rain covers are ultra-compact, light, easy to attach, and suited to different backpack sizes (up to 30 L).
