✅ 30 days to change your mind
You can return your product within 30 days after receipt.
🔄 How to make a return?
1️⃣ Submit your return request via your customer account or the link at the bottom of this page.
2️⃣ Print and attach the provided return label.
3️⃣ Drop off your package at a pickup point, post office, or with the carrier of your choice (outside EU).

Return fees are free for an exchange of size, color, or product.
📌 Return fees for a refund:
France: €8 / European Union: €12
These fees cover the provided return label and related logistics costs.
🌍 Return from the rest of the world
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return. The customer is free to choose their carrier.
