At Raidlight, you have a 30-day period after receiving your order to request a return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be in its original condition,
  • not have been worn, washed, or used,
  • include all tags,
  • be in its original packaging,
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns from the European Union

🎁 Free exchanges

Return shipping is free for exchanges of size, color, or product.

📌 Return shipping fees for refunds:

France: €8 / European Union: €12

These fees cover the provided return label as well as associated logistics costs.


🌍 Returns from the Rest of the World

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, regardless of the reason for the return. The customer is free to choose their carrier.

⚠️ Items returned without prior request cannot be accepted.


Damaged Products or Errors

Please check your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not possible for:

  • perishable products (food, etc.),
  • personalized or custom-made items,
  • personal care products that have been opened,
  • hazardous products, gases, or flammable liquids,
  • gift cards.

Contact us if you have any doubts about a product.


Exchanges

To get another item quickly, return your product and place a new order as soon as it is accepted.


Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 days)

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have a legal 14-day period to withdraw without giving any reason.

Items must be unused, tagged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of its acceptance.

  • If accepted, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank processing times may vary.
