The Chartreuse Outdoor-LAB is much more than Raidlight's head office in Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse, it's our test centre and innovation laboratory, nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse Massif. Built in 2011 with the first Trail Station, this location reflects Raidlight's Open Innovation policy to develop and refine its products in real conditions by involving passionate trail runners and users.

The Chartreuse Outdoor-LAB includes:

  • a shop open 7/7 with the latest collections
    and a large clearance area with great permanent promotions
  • a Trail welcome base with showers,
  • cloakrooms, lockers, and around fifteen marked trails of all levels, to be found on the TRAIL EXPERIENCE smartphone app courses to be found here
  • a product test area, to be tried out free of charge,
    in conjunction with our R&D department using an interactive terminal to gather opinions
  • and our head office with our offices, as well as one
    of our two Made in France workshops.

The Chartreuse Outdoor-LAB embodies our vision: a space where performance, sustainability and innovation meet the real needs of sportspeople, while being deeply rooted in our region.



Permanent clearance store

As a complement to our laboratory and home base, we invite you to discover our shop in the heart of the Chartreuse. Here you can access all the products in our Raidlight and Vertical collections, as well as hundreds of discontinued items at very attractive prices. You can also test our Raidlight shoes, backpacks and poles free of charge, and benefit from the expert advice of our teams to guide you in your choices and ensure that the products perfectly meet your expectations.

The shop is open 7 days a week:

Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2:30pm to 6pm

Sundayfrom 9:30am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm

Come and visit us and enjoy a unique experience to equip yourself with quality technical products, directly in the environment where they were
designed and tested.


Test park

Come test the latest Raidlight innovations on the Chartreuse trails and starting at the store. Shoes, backpacks, poles, then share your opinion with us through our collaborative R&D.

Little extra not to be overlooked, take advantage of our changing rooms for a nice shower after your outing (during store hours).

Winter rental

Throughout the winter period we offer equipment rental for ski mountaineering and snowshoeing. Skis, boots, poles, backpack safety gear, snowshoes.
