How does the rental process works?

The rental process is simple. Once you've chosen the items you'd like to rent and the rental dates, add them to your basket. Validate your basket, then finalize your rental request. You will receive your products approximately 48 hours before the start of your rental..

In which countries is the rental service available?

The rental service is available in mainland France and Corsica.

What are the minimum and maximum duration of a rental?

Minimum 3 days, maximum 30 days.

What are the delivery options?

Products are delivered to your home via Colissimo as standard delivery.

What is the delivery delay?

Once we have dispatched your products, you will receive them within 48 to 72 hours (subject to any problems with the carrier, once the products have left our premises, we are not responsible for their delivery). You will receive your products approximately 48 hours before the start of your rental period.

How far in advance should I make my product reservation?

p>Between preparation and delivery, we recommend renting the products one week before your adventure.

Do I need to clean the products before returning them?

You don't need to clean the products, our rental service will inspect, clean and disinfect them after their return.

How does the return process works?

You have 48 hours after the end of the rental period to return the products. A pre-paid and pre-stamped Colissimo return label will be included in your parcel.
