How does the rental process work?

The rental process is simple. Once you have chosen the items you want and the rental dates, add them to your cart. Validate your cart, then finalize your rental request. You will receive your items approximately 48 hours before your rental begins.

In which country is the rental service available?

Rental service is available in mainland France and Corsica.

What is the minimum and maximum rental period?

3 days minimum and 30 days maximum.

What are the delivery options?

Products are delivered via Colissimo as standard delivery to your home.

What are the delivery times?

Once your products are shipped, you will receive them within 48-72 hours (in case of problems with the courier, once the products have left our premises, we are not responsible for their delivery). You will receive your products approximately 48 hours before your rental begins.

How far in advance should I make the product reservation?

Between preparation and delivery, we recommend that you rent the products at least one week before your adventure.

A product is not for me, what can I do?

Should I clean the products before returning them?

No need to clean the products, our rental department will inspect, clean and disinfect them after they are returned.

What are the return fees?

Shipping and return charges are complimentary.

How does the return process work?

You have 48 hours from the end date of your rental to return the products to us. A Colissimo prepaid and prepaid return label will be available in the package.

No, the rental service is not related to the store d Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse.

Can I be reimbursed if I don't use the products for the duration of my rental?

No. We have a limited stock of products for rental. Once you have blocked a date, the products are blocked for the next potential rental.
