Joining Raidlight means choosing a playground.

In the heart of the Chartreuse, we design and develop trail, mountain, and adventure gear, always keeping one foot outside.

A human-sized company, we love clear ideas, quick decisions, and a job well done.

If you're looking for a passionate team that innovates without overcomplicating things and believes in the product as much as the experience, you're in the right place.
