Customer Service Representative – After-Sales Service
The customer service/after-sales representative, under the responsibility of the Ecommerce manager (N+1), is tasked with informing B2C customers, offering them the most suitable technical products and accessories for their needs, and sparking their desire to explore other equally attractive products.

Store Seller
The store salesperson, under the responsibility of the Store Manager (N+1), is tasked with independently managing the store on the days they are on duty.
They will carry out their duties within the St Pierre de Chartreuse boutique. They may be called upon to perform additional tasks in support of other team members (customer service / after-sales service, packaging)
