The 30-day “satisfied or return” TRIAL offer applies to the purchase of a pair of RAIDLIGHT shoes, collection and end-of-series shoes, on the site www.raidlight.com (exclusively).
The 30-day trial period (satisfied or return) begins the day you receive your RAIDLIGHT shoes order. You then have 30 days to try on the shoes in real conditions to make sure they fit, and no returns will be accepted after the 30-day period. No exceptions will be made for returns after this period.
The 30-day trail shoe trial does not allow exchanges. However, the exchange is possible upon receipt of the order under the usual conditions for the exchange of new items. Size or model can be exchanged, provided that the product is unused.
For all return requests under this guarantee, please contact RAIDLIGHT's customer service department beforehand by e-mail at contact@raidlight.com, indicating "30-day shoe TEST" and your order number in the subject line.
