This technology is a treatment at the heart of the fibers and can also be based on an open fabric construction. Polartec® Power Dry® is designed to provide high-quality mechanical wicking. This two-component fabric features a hydrophilic interior to wick moisture away from the skin and transfer it to the outer layer. Power Dry's outer surface then disperses and releases moisture, reducing drying time. Continuous evaporation prevents saturation and regulates temperature in both hot and cold weather.
