Delivery and Returns

After this time you will be credited with the amount in credit on the site. We will only accept returns if the following conditions are met: All items must be returned to us in new condition (unworn, unwashed and unused), with their labels and in their original packaging. Shoe boxes must be returned intact and not taped to the box itself.

Each item is checked manually on receipt. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the above conditions are not met. If you request a return for exchange or credit but ultimately wish a refund, the return shipping costs applicable to your country will be deducted from your refund.

With regard to MX3 desert nutrition packs, in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the purchaser has a period of 14 days, starting from the day of delivery of the products ordered, to exercise his or her right of withdrawal without having to justify his or her decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs, which will be borne by the purchaser.

 

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Raidlight is required to refund the buyer or to make a credit (at his request) and no later than thirty days following the date on which this right was exercised. The buyer must however notify the company Raidlight by contacting customer service by email at contact@raidlight.com of his intention to use his right of withdrawal.

Except legitimate reason, any complaint formulated beyond the 14 days following the reception of the products will be considered inadmissible and the responsibility for Raidlight could not be committed.

RETURNS :

EUROPEAN UNION : returns are free for exchange of size, color or product defect. (United Kingdom not included in European Union).

COUNTRIES OUT OF THE EU : for any exchange of size, color or defect of the products the returns are with the load of the customer. The amount of the return fees** will be credited as a credit on the raidlight.com website.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make your return request and return the products to us.
