What is the RaidLight After Sales Service (SAV)?
RaidLight
is committed to providing you with quality products for outdoor sports.
Therefore, all RaidLight products are guaranteed 2 years from the date
of purchase for all manufacturing defects (on presentation of the proof
of purchase). Our team is committed to constantly improve its products
for better durability and optimum performance. If you are not satisfied
by the quality of your purchase, RaidLight is committed to respond to
your requests as soon as possible.
You can contact Customer Service for the following cases:
E-commerce Return
- Request a refund or a credit note on the site
Warranty - Repair
- Claim / defective product
- Request for repair
In
the event of a refusal to accept a warranty claim, we will inform you
of the reason for this refusal and will be able to send you a quote for
the cost of the repair.
The return of a defective product is
subject to the authorization of the after-sales service, the returned
products MUST BE CLEAN. Otherwise, the product will be returned to you
without treatment.
Exchange only concerns a new product, never
worn, returned in its original packaging, labels attached and proof of
purchase (invoice).
Return period:
You have 30 days to return products for orders made online.
Refund conditions:
We will process your return within 30 days after the date of receipt of your products in our premises.
