How to take your measurements properly
Here are the essential markers to measure correctly.
Head circumference
Around the head, above the ears, without tightening too much.
Chest circumference
Around the chest, at nipple level (tape measure perfectly horizontal).
Waist circumference
At the narrowest point of the torso (without sucking in your stomach).
Hip circumference
At the widest point, around the hips / pelvis.
Sleeve length
From the top of the shoulder to the wrist, arm stretched out and naturally relaxed.
Leg length
From the waist down to the ankle bone, following the leg without pulling too tight.
Tip: take measurements on a thin t-shirt (or in underwear) and keep the tape measure perfectly horizontal.

ULTRAAAA LIGHTTT
An excellent T-shirt. I used it as one of my main shirts during a 520 km race. It is lightweight, breathable, and well-ventilated; it dries quickly and doesn't absorb heat from the sun. Despite being a light color, it didn't seem to get dirty at all—even though water was in very short supply. I am very happy with how it performed. It is such a high-quality garment that I was able to bring it home, wash it, and keep using it
