The rental process is simple. Once you have chosen the desired items and rental dates, add them to your cart. Confirm your cart, then finalize your rental request. You will receive your products about 48 hours before the start of your rental.

The rental service is available in mainland France and Corsica.

Product delivery is done via Colissimo with standard shipping to your home.
Once we have shipped your products, you will receive them within 48 to 72 hours (subject to any issues with the carrier; once the products have left our premises, we are not responsible for their transit). You will receive your products about 48 hours before the start of your rental.

Between preparation and delivery, we recommend renting the products one week before your adventure.

You don’t need to clean the products, our rental service takes care of inspecting, cleaning, and disinfecting them after they’re returned.

You have 48 hours after the rental end date to return the products to us. A prepaid and pre-addressed Colissimo return label will be available in your package.

No. We have a limited stock of products intended for rental. Once you have booked a date, the products are reserved for a future and potential rental.
