TRAIL to be ALIVE is a travel agency that has been organizing multi-stage Trails since 1999, over 200 raids on 5 continents.
Benoit LAVAL, a passionate ultratrailer and explorer at heart, founder of Raidlight, took over this agency in 2020 (formerly named Nature Extreme Developpement).
TRAIL to be ALIVE designs these trips from A to Z with all-inclusive packages (flights, hotel, full board, transfers…) infusing them with the passion for Trail running and the taste for the challenge of extraordinary adventures in prestigious settings.

Trail Festival (6, 10, or 21 km). A trip filled with encounters with the
Maasai. -
BOREAL LAPLAND WINTER TRAIL
Finland
from March 14 to 21, 20265 TRAIL or HIKING stages
A route between frozen lakes and the
groomed Finnish trails. Lodge accommodation. Cultural program (museum of
Sami culture, snowshoe outings, ice fishing on a frozen lake,
snowmobiling, visit to a reindeer farm). Complete 2026 edition, welcome to

NAPOLEON TRAIL CHALLENGE
ITALY: island of ELBA
from April 12 to 18, 20264 stages in TRAIL or HIKING
Crossing of the island of Elba by its
ridges, stages of 8 to 21 km per day with ascent of Mount Capanne, the
highest point of the island. Hotel facing the beach. Sightseeing tours of Florence and
from Pisa at the end of the trip. -
MAGIC CAPPADOCIA TRAIL
Turkey
from May 9 to 16, 20265 TRAIL or HIKING stages totaling 165 km.
Between earth and sky, troglodytes and hot air balloons. Five
days in the heart of Cappadocia National Park. The whole
stages will cover the tour of Cappadocia, through the Rose, Red, valley
Pigeons, Love Valley, from a beautiful hotel with a pool in Göreme. -
SILK ROAD TRAIL RUNNING
Uzbekistan
from May 28 to June 6, 20265 TRAIL or HIKING stages for a total of 111 km.
Around the legendary Silk Road stopover cities, Khiva, Bukhara,
and Samarkand, in the sands and steppes of the Karakol desert then in the midlands
mountain with views of the snow-capped peaks of the Pamir. -
MACHU PICCHU TRAIL adventure
Peru
from July 5 to 18, 20266 TRAIL or HIKING stages with multiple tourist visits.

Inca: the Sacred Valley from Cuzco, the fabulous Salkantay Trail, the ascent and
the visit to Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, the altiplano and the lake

FUJI TRAIL CHALLENGE
Japan
from August 30 to September 11, 20264 stages with participation in the HABUKA TRAIL
An incredible sports trip to Japan: the ascent of
Mount Fuji, participation in the Hakuba
International Trail, and two outings in the magnificent bamboo forests and
the Koyasan Choishi-Michi pilgrimage route. Visits to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka,
and Koyasan, the sanctuary city of Buddhism, with an overnight stay in a
monastery… -
CROATIA MONTENEGRO TRAIL
Croatia and Montenegro
from September 20 to 26, 2026
5 stages in TRAIL or HIKING totaling 95km.
Two stages in
Croatia with a visit to Dubrovnik and the beautiful coastal villages
sea all around, and three stages in Montenegro, overlooking the bay
the Bay of Kotor. Nights in a 4-star hotel with pool and seaside. -
PETRA WADI RUM CHALLENGE
Jordan
from October 17 to 26, 20266 stages in TRAIL or HIKING totaling 131 km.
Explore Jordan from north to south, from the shores of the Dead Sea to the Red Sea,
passing through the Dana canyons, the marvelous city of Petra, and the desert
of Wadi Rum. Sport, adventure, and a total change of scenery guaranteed with 2 nights under
Bedouin tents right in the middle of the desert. -
PHARAONS PYRAMIDS TRAIL
Egypt
from Dec 5 to 13, 20264 stages in TRAIL or HIKING for 70 km
Between canyons, desert sands, and palm groves along the Nile. The final stage
will be the Pyramids Half-Marathon right in the heart of the historic pyramids site of
Giza. A rich cultural chapter for this exceptional journey into the world
ancient Egypt's Pharaohs.
