The Raidlight loyalty program combines two mechanisms. Points allow you to receive vouchers, while statuses (finisher progression) unlock dedicated benefits according to your level of progress. Both work together without hindering each other.

How to join the Raidlight loyalty program?

All you need to do is create your Raidlight account to automatically join the Finishers Club. Registration is free and immediate. As soon as you earn your first point, you activate the Trailer status and can start using your points to get vouchers.

How to earn Raidlight points?

You earn points with every purchase. Each euro spent equals one point earned.

You can also gather points by leaving product reviews (one review every 30 days), 25 points for a simple review and 50 points for a review with a photo or video. Points are also given for your birthday (50) and for following Raidlight’s social networks (25 points per platform: Facebook and Instagram). All these actions are automatically credited to your account.

Do points have an expiration date?

Yes. Points earned expire after six months without any activity related to the points. Any action that changes your balance is considered activity and prevents expiration. This includes earning points (purchase, review, birthday, community actions) or using them to get discounts.

Where can I see my points balance and my status?

You can check your points balance and your status at any time by logging into your Raidlight account, in the tab dedicated to the loyalty program “Club Finisher.”

What happens if I return a product?

If you return a product and your order is refunded, the points earned from that purchase are automatically deducted from your balance.

What is the Made in France product offered at the Ultra-Trailer tier?

The Ultra-Trailer tier grants the right to a product made in France. This product changes every year and its maximum value is 20 euros.

How to use the vouchers?

Vouchers are available starting from 200 points for a 10 euro voucher and 400 points for a 20 euro voucher (Only one voucher can be used per order). Once the threshold is reached, you can generate your voucher directly from your customer account. The voucher is valid for six months.
Delivery charges cannot be deducted with vouchers. If the order amount is less than the voucher value, unused points are retained.
When the voucher is generated, the corresponding points are deducted from your balance, without affecting your progress in the Finisher, Trailer, or Ultra-Trailer statuses.

How to use the benefits linked to statuses?

All the benefits linked to your status are visible directly in your customer account, in the loyalty program section. Each benefit is valid for one year from the activation of your status. Each free delivery covers the delivery costs, up to a limit of €15 per order.

Can the loyalty program change or be discontinued?

Yes. Raidlight may need to change, adjust, or discontinue its loyalty program in order to simplify it, improve it, or adapt it to new uses.

The benefits and points already earned by customers remain, of course, usable in accordance with the conditions in force at the time they were obtained.

In the event of a significant change to the program, the members concerned will be informed beforehand by email or through their customer area.
