Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L. 612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to amicably resolve a dispute with our company.

After submitting a written complaint to our customer service and if the dispute is not resolved amicably, the consumer may contact the consumer mediator to whom we belong:

Using mediation is free for the consumer, subject to the admissibility conditions set out in the Consumer Code.
