Hi, I’m Valentin. I live in Annecy and have been running trail regularly for 2 years now, on distances of 40-50km. Trail running is for me a pastime I take seriously without taking myself too seriously!

Sport is essential to me every day. It helps me refocus on myself and challenge myself at my own level.

I like to say: don’t wait, just do it!
