biography

Discovering trail running in 2014 on the 6000D, this event was more of a challenge I set for myself. I really enjoyed it a lot… To the point where today my life is mainly focused on running. My place of residence (at the foot of the Vercors) and my wife, herself a trail runner, allow me to continue in this direction. I like to say that the faster you go, the less you run for long! Sometimes that motivates me not to slow down during a race!
