Estelle Thomas

Physiotherapist / Sports coach

biography

Belgian physiotherapist and sports coach based in the heart of the Alps, I am passionate about outdoor sports and especially trail running. After several road racing experiences, I turned to the mountains and longer distances. My dual perspective as an athlete and healthcare professional allows me to practice thoughtfully, focusing on prevention, adaptation, and sustainable progress. My vision of trail running is rooted in the terrain, authenticity, and commitment.

"Go far, long, and in harmony with your body"
"Run to explore, not to wear out"
"Consistency contradicts what intensity alone cannot sustain"

Landmarks & field tips

In trail running, as in all mountain sports, the key is and always will be adaptability: to the terrain, to the weather, and to one's own physical condition. Consistent preparation and effective equipment allow you to go far with complete peace of mind.
