How to take your measurements properly
Here are the essential reference points for measuring correctly.
Head circumference
Around the head, above the ears, without tightening too much.
Chest circumference
Around the chest, at nipple level (tape measure perfectly horizontal).
Waist circumference
At the narrowest point of the torso (without sucking in your stomach).
Hip circumference
At the widest point, around the hips / pelvis.
Sleeve length
From the top of the shoulder to the wrist, arm stretched out and naturally relaxed.
Leg length
From the waist to the ankle bone, following the leg without pulling too hard.
Tip: take measurements on a thin t-shirt (or in underwear) and keep the tape measure perfectly horizontal.

Ultra light mittens Absolutely love the wind and waterproof mittens. Ultra light and thin, easily tucked away in running vest, not bulky. I only wished they had some safety elastic cord to attach to your wrist because in windy conditions, they very easily blow away when taken off for phone, food, etc.

Excellent Super légers, pas encombrant et d'une efficacité redoutable, j'en raffole même pour mes sorties vélos sous la pluie et par températures négatives (avec des gants chauds évidemment ... mais là ça devient grand confort et pas de risque lié à l'eau qui finit par rentrer) !
