How to take your measurements properly
Here are the essential markers to measure correctly.
Head circumference
Around the head, above the ears, without tightening too much.
Chest circumference
Around the chest, at nipple level (tape measure perfectly horizontal).
Waist circumference
At the narrowest point of the torso (without sucking in your stomach).
Hip circumference
At the widest point, around the hips / pelvis.
Sleeve length
From the top of the shoulder to the wrist, arm stretched out and naturally relaxed.
Leg length
From the waist down to the ankle bone, following the leg without pulling too tight.
Tip: take measurements on a thin t-shirt (or in underwear) and keep the tape measure perfectly horizontal.

La matière et la coupe sont parfaits. Cependant, l’article taille un peu juste. J’ai pris un M, ma taille habituelle dans les tee shirt techniques de trail, et je le trouve particulièrement court et près du corps. Une fois le sac de trail enfilé, on verra mon ventre dépasser à n’en pas douter…
Tres respirant et très fleuri je me suis senti bien avec ce teeshirt!
Un tee-shirt très agréable à porter, séchage extrêmement rapide. Et plein de couleurs sur le parcours !
