biography

40 years of sports is more than just a hobby; it’s a balance, a way of living and feeling. I was first drawn to indoor sports more than outdoor, with 25 years of handball, a sports-study program, and several years playing at the National level, grinding on the courts. It was later in life (at 30) with the arrival of my first child that I took up trail running, driven by a desire to push my limits, explore, and experience wide-open spaces. Now, with about fifteen years of practice and some great races behind me, I still hope to live the outdoor adventures that excite me.

“The less you rush, the faster you go; the more you go, the slower you get,” “don’t forget the thread of wonder between performance and the search for meaning”

Landmarks & field tips

In training, consistency is undoubtedly a guarantee of performance. It is the sequence of sessions, the absence of injury, and the volume assimilated over time that will allow you to achieve your goals.
"Forewarned is forearmed," so anticipate, plan, break it down into steps... don't leave to chance what you can control.
Learn from your mistakes, debrief your race to learn about yourself, your weaknesses, your logistical errors... and the next one will necessarily be better.
As a bonus, choose the right Raidlight gear ;-)
