biography
I began running somewhat by chance, at the end of 2017. Without a clear goal, without a plan, simply to try it out. Very quickly, what was at first just a curiosity became a regular appointment, then a true passion. Step by step, mile after mile, I learned to love the effort, the progress, the discipline… and above all the feelings of freedom that running brings. Especially clearing my mind; I ran to feel well mentally.
Over time, I became more and more committed. I discovered the pleasure of setting goals, stepping out of my comfort zone, and believing in my abilities. Taking part in my first marathons marked a turning point: an intense physical and mental adventure, full of doubts, perseverance, and immense pride at the finish.
Then came trail running. The countryside, the paths, the climbs, the unexpected. Another way of running, more raw, more instinctive, which immediately won me over. Trail running taught me to listen to my body, to accept the ups and downs, and to savor every moment, even in hardship.
Today, running and trail running are an integral part of my life. They are much more than competitions: they are spaces for surpassing oneself, for balance and freedom, where each run tells a new story.
