A story of friendship
The story between Benoît Laval and Lazarus Lake began on the trails of the legendary Barkley Marathons. In four participations, Benoît achieved the feat of completing five loops of this legendary race. Over the years, a true friendship developed between the two men, sharing the same vision of adventure and self-transcendence. Laz has also come twice to Chartreuse, notably contributing to the creation of the Chartreuse Terminorum and the first Backyard Ultra organized in France.
