How to take your measurements properly
Here are the essential markers to measure correctly.
Head circumference
Around the head, above the ears, without tightening too much.
Chest circumference
Around the chest, at nipple level (tape measure perfectly horizontal).
Waist circumference
At the narrowest point of the torso (without sucking in your stomach).
Hip circumference
At the widest point, around the hips / pelvis.
Sleeve length
From the top of the shoulder to the wrist, arm stretched out and naturally relaxed.
Leg length
From the waist down to the ankle bone, following the leg without pulling too hard.
Tip: take measurements on a thin t-shirt (or in underwear) and keep the tape measure perfectly horizontal.

un pantalon hyper light idéale pour des trails dans les pays chauds, on a l'impression de rien avoir et quand on l'humidifie, effet fraicheur garantie. Qui dit light, dit très fragile. Achetée 2 exemplaires pour une compétition de raid, et ils sont déjà bien troués
C’est génial Je l’ai utilisé pour la première fois sur le tour des Ecrins. Je n’ai jamais eu trop chaud avec, je n’ai eu aucun coup de soleil. Il est très léger et agréable. Il est parfait !
