How to take your measurements correctly
Here are the essential guidelines for taking your measurements correctly.
Head circumference
Around the head, above the ears, without pulling too tightly.
Chest circumference
Around the chest, at nipple level (keep the tape measure perfectly horizontal).
Waist circumference
At the narrowest point of the torso (without sucking in your stomach).
Hip circumference
At the widest point, around the hips / pelvis.
Sleeve length
From the top of the shoulder to the wrist, with your arm naturally extended and relaxed.
Leg length
From the waist to the ankle bone, following the leg without pulling too tightly.
Tip: take your measurements while wearing a thin T-shirt (or underwear), and keep the tape measure perfectly horizontal.

Compression pas suffisante ! Manque de poches
Ce short avec le cuissard on l’oublie, très respirant. Grande commodité avec les poches en ceinture c’est hyper pratique pour éviter de tout stocker dans le gilet. Même mouillé à la trempette dans un ruisseau pour ce rafraîchir il sèche rapidement.
Rempli entièrement mes attentes! Très pratique avec sa ceinture, idéal pour les sorties running et trail!

It feels very thin and vulnerable; the waist band with the pockets is absolutely not firm enough to carry anything with a little weight, like a phone - it bounces around like crazy; it's also completely unclear how to tighten the rope in the waist band to make it fit more securely on the waist. I train 70-80km's per week. I am 1:85m tall and weigh 78kgs so the Medium should have fitted better. Disappointed and so far have only used it once on first test run - prefer any of my other running shorts.

Très agréable à porter. Un seul petit bémol, la ceinture, très pratique, mais un peu épaisse et qui prend du temps pour sécher.

Le short est très léger, et le système de serrage est top. En revanche, il est nécessaire de le remonter très haut pour être parfaitement maintenu au niveau des parties intimes… par conséquent, je n’envisage pas de le porter sur ultra de peur de frottements trop importants. Je suis déçu du produit.

Short léger et très aéré, Top pour l’été mais tellement léger qu’avec un téléphone dans la poche arrière et un ou deux gels il descend et comme il n’y a pas de cordon de réglage à la taille. De plus L’entrejambe du cuissard est un peu grand ce qui provoque des frottements.
Satisfait du premier, j’en achète un deuxième en cas de besoin.

Short très confortable et technique J’adore ce short polyvalent, il peut tout faire. Il a une bonne isolation thermique, il tient bien mais le shorty en dessous a tendance à remonter (logique en soi). La poche devant est super pratique et le téléphone tient superbe bien, à condition de pas mettre une grosse brique.

Short très confortable Short très confortable et leger. Pas de cordon de serrage ce qui évite les irritations. Ceinture élastique large avec un super maintien et qui permet de stocker diverses choses. J'en est recommandé un deuxième.
