How to take your measurements properly
Here are the essential markers to measure correctly.
Head circumference
Around the head, above the ears, without tightening too much.
Chest circumference
Around the chest, at nipple level (tape measure perfectly horizontal).
Waist circumference
At the narrowest point of the torso (without sucking in your stomach).
Hip circumference
At the widest point, around the hips / pelvis.
Sleeve length
From the top of the shoulder to the wrist, arm stretched out and naturally relaxed.
Leg length
From the waist down to the ankle bone, following the leg without pulling too tight.
Tip: take measurements on a thin t-shirt (or in underwear) and keep the tape measure perfectly horizontal.

J'ai 3 t-shirts en L. La taille en longueur est toujours parfaite mais toujours un peu juste au niveau des épaules. Il y aurait 1 cm de plus entre les omoplates, ça serait d'autant plus confortable.
