How to take your measurements properly
Here are the essential reference points to measure correctly.
Head circumference
Around the head, above the ears, without tightening too much.
Chest circumference
Around the chest, at nipple level (tape measure perfectly horizontal).
Waist circumference
At the narrowest point of the torso (without sucking in your stomach).
Hip circumference
At the widest point, around the hips / pelvis.
Sleeve length
From the top of the shoulder to the wrist, arm stretched out and naturally relaxed.
Leg length
From the waist down to the ankle bone, following the leg without pulling too tight.
Tip: take measurements on a thin t-shirt (or in underwear) and keep the tape measure perfectly horizontal.

Légère et chaude Trés bien taillée, elle supporte une polaire en dessous par temps froid. Poches larges, légère je la porte avant et après les courses. Et aussi hors trail sans aucun problème.
Légère, chaude et super pratique ! Franchement, cette Light Down est top ! Elle est très légère, fine, mais tient vraiment bien chaud. La matière est agréable au toucher, on s’y sent bien tout de suite. Ce que j’aime aussi, c’est qu’on peut la plier dans sa propre poche et la ranger facilement dans un sac quand on n’en a plus besoin. Super pratique après une course ou pour les sorties du quotidien. En résumé : belle, confortable, chaude et facile à emporter partout. Un excellent choix pour avant/après l’entraînement ou simplement pour tous les jours !
