- Estimated life span: The quality of the water filtered will determine the life span of the filtration system. For maximum life, clean the filter regularly and always use the clearest, purest water possible. For optimum performance, replace the filter after 4,000 liters of filtered water or when the water flow slows down significantly or stops.

- Filtration is done when the water is drawn in for drinking.

- Flask care instructions: scrub the inside with warm water and soap. Let dry in the open air, upside down to avoid stagnant water. Once cleaned and dried, you can store your flasks in the freezer to avoid bacteria.
