ULTRALIGHT AND SMALL PACK SIZE
You have to carry a waterproof jacket as mandatory equipment in most races, so weight and pack size are critical for many. This jacket packs up the size of an apple and weighs the same as a couple of gels.
If you combine this jacket with our Ultralight MP+ Pants then you have a total weight of less than 250g/9oz for full waterproof protection that exceeds mandatory equipment specifications for any race we know of, in a package lighter and smaller than many jackets alone.
FUNCTION FIRST
It's OK to have the lightest and most breathable jacket, but the design has to work. The hood has a pre tensioned stiffened visor to help protect your face in driving wet weather, you can cinch the hood tightly around your face if required. Thumb loops keep the sleeves in place. A full zip means easy on/off. What else do you need? Pockets? No. You do not need pockets in this waterproof jacket. Our legwear, tops, race vests and stretch belts all have pockets, you do not need pockets on your ultralight and extremely breathable race waterproof.

DURABILITY
Ultralight, extremely breathable waterproof fabric. The Ultralight 2.0 MP+ jacket uses an ultralight 3 layer construction to give excellent durability for its weight. Protective, grippy prints on the shoulders help stop pack movement which causes damage from friction.
